Sauropods

Known for their long necks and tails, sauropods were massive herbivorous dinosaurs 

Theropods

These were typically bipedal carnivores with sharp teeth and claws 

Ceratopsians

Characterized by their horned faces and frills, ceratopsians were herbivorous dinosaurs

Ankylosaurs 

Ankylosaurs were heavily armored dinosaurs with thick, bony plates covering their bodies and club-like tails for defense

Pterosaurs

Not technically dinosaurs but closely related, pterosaurs were flying reptiles with wings made of membrane stretched between elongated fingers 

Stegosaurs

Stegosaurs had distinctive rows of large bony plates along their backs and often sported spikes or thagomizers at the end of their tails 

Hadrosaurs

Also known as duck-billed dinosaurs, hadrosaurs were herbivores characterized by their unique dental structure
